Cute Doggie Cousins "Brandye" and "Dora"

Bob's and Lindsay's dog "Dora" came over to visit "Brandye" this evening. Yes, this is the first time these two doggie cousins met and had a good time. They are good dogs and both Labs! In fact, "Brandye" has invited "Dora" over for a sleep over this weekend so Bob and Lindsay can go to Flagstaff. Arf...Arf...that is dog talk saying "Yeah" we are going to run and have fun!!!

Yes, we not only saw the beauty of the land on our trip, we saw beautiful clouds/skies. Here is just one picture I took on our way home. We were Gallup, New Mexico. As you all know, we are now safely home and enjoying the heat "Grin". Love being home with family and friends.

John and Ginger in Cody, Wyoming

We are just getting on the trolley in Cody, Wyoming. It was a tour of the town and their history. We have been to so many neat and beautiful places this trip. Zion, Yellowstone, Cody, Mt. Rushmore, Custer and now we are in Estes Park and will be heading down to Denver in a few days. John is posting pictures on his blog of our trip but I thought this one was cute of the two of us having fun on the tour.

Jessica GRADUATES High School - Congrats!!!!

Congrats to Jessica on graduating last evening from High School. She was bubbling over with excitement and was so pretty. She graduated with honors and now has upcoming decisions on what comes next in her great life's journey. Love you Jessica!!!!!

Jessica Named 2008 Prom Queen

Seniors Ian Woodwick and Jessica Turner were crowned King and Queen Saturday night at the Prep's 2008 Junior/Senior Prom. The event was held at the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort. She looked so beautiful!!!!!!

Some of My Grand Canyon Hike Pictures

Here are just a few of the pictures of my Grand Canyon Hike in April with my friend Nancy. We hiked about 10 miles that day down to Indian Gardens and back up. Can't believe I am doing this at 61 years of age "Grin". It was beautiful and a really fun trip. The trail had ice and snow at the top, red clay and dust as went kept going down. It was worth it...Indian Gardens was beautiful.. As you can see...Nancy and I celebrated after we came back out of the Canyon. Oh..the guys just waited for us to go down and come back up!!!! Whats with that????

Justin's Motorized Car He Built

Justin is always wanting to build something "Grin"...here he is this afternoon at our house after school creating (oops...building a motorized car). It took him about 3 hours and what a job he did. Look out world...who know's what he will be building next. He is very creative. Grandpa John has a little video clip of it on his Blog. Funny.

Cinderella School Play - Jennifer and Heather

Heather and Jennifer did a great job as princesses in their school play with their speaking parts. The play was about an hour and a half long. These pictures were taken at the ball and one is of half of the cast end of the play. Tonight we go to see Jessica in her "One Act Play". Are we busy or what???? GREAT JOB GIRLS!

Justin's team finished Saturday with a 5 and 3 record!!!! Way to go....and they qualify to go to San Diego for a double elimination tournment in June. He did an outstanding job on the field...and was in the game on defense and offense! This number 35 is going to be one outstanding football player. See him running with the ball. Congrats Justin!!!!!!!

Uh-Oh! Honey Do Work Again

What a guy.....after being sick for two weeks....he is up and at em....ripping out our old carpet and getting ready to install our wood flooring in the living room/dining room area. Is he AWESOME or what ???? (PS...we had to get three of our neigbors to help him move my china cabinet...was really heavy "Grin")

Jessica - Senior Picture Day at the Grand Canyon

This week the Seniors graduating from North Pointe Prep this May took a chartered bus up to the Grand Canyon for their Senior Day pictures!!! What a great picture Jessica. Can you find Jessica in the group picture? I can't believe you will be out of High School in a just a few more months. Their Senior trip at yearend is to go to Hawaii but I am not sure how many of the group will actually be going. From snow to sunshine "Grin"....what a treat that will be too.

John - My Kindred Spirit (A True Story)

True Story! About 17-1/2 years ago, John received a cute card in the mail. Thinking it was from me (whom he had not seen in 2 years) he sent me a cute romantic card back. Wow! I called and thanked him and he invited me over and the rest is HISTORY. Here we are 17 years later, celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary today. The ironic thing about this......is that I never sent the card to him in the first place. I truly believe it came from an Angel...who knew we were meant to be kindred spirits and share our lives. I love him so much and am thankful for the time I have been blessed to be with him as his wife. He is caring, loving, giving, a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. John...thank you for letting me be a part of your life!!!!!!!!

Jennifer, Heather, Emily and Kimberly Going to Concert

Why are these girls smiling! Oh Yes...they are smiling because they are about to get into the car to go and see the Hannah Montanna Concert. They were singing all the way to the concert...not to mention they were still singing and singing and singing when we picked them up after the concert. Too funny!!!!

Travis Rolls Into Phoenix for a Visit

Was really nice to see Travis roll into Phoenix for a short visit on his way to deliver a load to Pomona, California. We crammed as much as we could into a 24 hour visit. He arrived just in time to see the last 15 minutes of Justin's game (which they won and Justin made a touchdown). Travis will post more on his blog so keep looking. Again...it was a really good visit. Drive safely out there Travis.....love from the Cloud Household.

New Football Season Begins for Justin

Justin played his first game of the winter season on Saturday afternoon. John and I were there to cheer him on and of course his Dad was really prowd of him. This is a picture of Jason with Justin after the game. His team won 40 to 6 and to his credit he had 30 yards rushing, 1 touchdown, 5 solo tackles and played just a good all around game. Way to Go Justin! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! HE LOVES THIS GAME!

Early Birthday Surprise for the Girls!

John and I decided to give Emily, Heather, Jennifer and Kimberly an EARLY birthday surprise. We all met at TGIF Fridays for lunch. After a yummy lunch, waiters singing happy birthday, balloons and ice cream sundeas, we gave them 4 envelopes with clues. (1) dress comfy (2) you will get plenty of exercise, (3) where will you be Jan. 22nd (4) 6 puzzle pieces to put together. Can you guess where they are going? Yep...it was a puzzle of Hannah Montanna. They will be singing and dancing the night away at a Hannah Montanna concert! Have fun girls...they were soooooo excited!
